Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return or replacement policy that only applies to defective products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. All sales are final except for defective products are classified as broken, cracked, missing more than 10% of original amount. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund; only items sent back to one of our warehouses are accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please avoid ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning the ones that don’t fit. If you need help choosing a size, feel free to reach out to.

To start a return, contact us via the contact page on the site or email us at support+melatone@handleusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour of being placed. After an hour, our team will have already processed your order in our system and the carrier’s system.
